CBSE conducts the CTET exam for teaching positions in schools. The application forms are released on the official website. Candidate should provide his/her personal information, such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth, as shown on his/her Class Xth certificate. It is to be noted that no requests for specific changes will be allowed after the deadline given for online correction. The application fees are Rs.1000 for one paper and Rs. 1200 for two papers.

What is CTET Exam?
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) administers the CTET, a national-level eligibility exam. Every year, the CTET exam is held to determine candidates’ eligibility for employment as teachers in Central Government Schools such as KVS, NVS, and others. The CTET Paper is held for the following recruitment:
Paper 1 – for candidates who want to teach in Grades 1-5 (Primary Teachers)
Paper 2 – for candidates who want to teach in Grades 6-8 (Elementary Teachers)
Candidates who want to teach in Grades 1-8 must take both exams.
