Have passed the Bachelor’s Degree Examination in any of the faculties of arts, Science or Commerce or any other Examination declared equivalent to bachelor’s Degree from any Recognised University. 

Have passed Middle School Examination with Oriya Language Subject. 

Age Limit :- 

Minimum – 21 Years

Maximum – 38 Years as on 01/01/2022.
