Applications are invited only through Online mode in the Website www.ossc.gov.in for recruitment to fill up the vacancies repoted by the following department under Govt. of Odisha.
Age Limit : (As on 01 january 2024)
- Minimum Age Limit : 21 Years
- Maximum Age Limit : 38 Years
- provided that, the upper age-limit shall be relaxed by 05(five) years in case of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, SEBC and Women category candidates, 10(ten) years in case of Persons with Disability (PwD) category candidates
CTSRE (Civil) Details Vacancy Position :
- Junior Engineer Under Public Health Department : 365 Post
- Junior Engineer Under Fishers Department : 15
CTSRE ATO Details Vacancy Position :
- FOR ITI Candidates : 125 Post
- For Diploma/B.Tech Candidates : 125 Post
JE Qualification :
- She must have possessed a Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification from the Institution recognized by the Odisha Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training.
ATO ITI Qualification :
- 125 Post meant for ITI Candidates the qualification should trade Certificate/national Apprenticeship Certificate/ItI pass in the relevant trade/post against which the candidates applies.
ATO Diploma/BE/Btech Qualification :
- 125 post Meant for Diploma/BE/Btech the Qualification should be Diploma or above qualification from an AICTE approved Institute/recognized council/Board/State and Statuary University in the relevant branch of Engineering. However, for the post work shop calaculation Science, Engineering Drawing Candidaate having Qualification any of Diploma Engineering/BE/Btech are eligible to apply.

- Assistant Training Officer (ATO), Group-B;
- Deputy Training Officer (DTO), Group-B;
- Training Officer (TO), GrouP-B;
- Principal(Level-Il)/ Vice Principal of Government ITIs Group-A;
- Principal(Level-I) of Government ITIs Group-A;
- Joint Director, Group-A

OSSC CTSRE Recruitment 2024 Details Exam Pattern :

- There shall be negative marking @0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Prelim.
- Minimum of 5 times the number vacancies category wise shall be shortlisted for the main written examination.
- The Commission may fix different minimum qualifying mark for different category.
ATO Exam Pattern :
- The examination shall be held through Written Examination
- The Written Examination shall be conducted in two categories
- There shall be two categories in NTC/ NAC category as mentioned below:
- For Engineering Category:
- Theory (60) & Practical (40) of Craftsman Training Scheme curriculum in relevant trade (Total-100 marks).
- Workshop Calculation & Science (15), Engineering Drawing (15), Employability Skill (10) and English (10) (Total 50 marks)
- For Non-Engineering Category:
- Theory (60) & Practical (40) of Craftsman Training Scheme curriculum in relevant trade (Total-100 marks).
- Employability Skill subject (40) and English (10) (Total 50 marks).
- For Diploma/Degree Category:
- Diploma level 1st year common syllabus (90 marks) and Entrepreneurship, Management & smart Technology (10 marks) (Total-100 marks)
- Diploma level Engineering Drawing (20), Engineering Mathematics (20) and English (10) (Total 50 marks).
- 20 marks shall be awarded by the Commission after the Written Examination to the candidates who have possessed Craft Instructors Training Scheme (CITS) examination final pass certificate under the of NCW in the relevant trade’
