Educational Qualification :
- The Candidate must have passed bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or such other educational qualification as may be considered equivalent therto.
- The candidate must have passed Bachelor’s Degree from any University incorporated by an act of the central or a state Legislature in india or an educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or deemed to be an Unversity.
Age Limit : (As on 01/01/2023)
- Minimum age : 21 years
- Maximum age : 32 Years
- However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates belonging to SEBC, SC, ST & Women Candidates.
Plan of Examination :
- Stage-1: (Written Test)
- 150 Marks
- 150 Questions
- 180 Minutes
- The Questions will be of MCQ Type (OMR/CBRE)
- There shall be negative marking @ 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- The Commission shall prepare a list of candidate who obtain minimum Qualifying marks in Written Examination as fixed by Commission for Next Stage of Physical Measurement Test & Physical Efficiency Test.

Physical Efficiency Test - For Men
- Running 1.6 kms in 8 Minutes
- Long Jump 3.66 meters in length in 3 attempts
- For Women
- Running 1.6 kms in 10 Minutes 20 Seconds
- Long Jump 2.77 meters in length in 3 attempts
- Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test will be qualifying in Nature. The Candidates qualifying in Physical Measurement shall be eligible to appear physical Efficiency test. The Candidates qualifying both in the physical Measurement & Physical test will be called for certificate Verfication.

Details Syllabus of Written Test :
The aim of the paper is to test the candidates’s ability to read and understand serious discursive prose and to express his ideas clearly and correctly in English & Odia. The pattern of questions should broadly include the following with Graduate Standard. B
